Our board members oversee the following committees:

  • Membership Committee - promoting recruitment and retention of the network's membership

  • Conference Committee - planning and implementing the annual conference

  • Communications/PR Committee - planning and implementing internal network communications; strengthening relations with other Jewish organizations; enhancing public recognition of the network; developing the network's website and other technological means of communication

  • Development Committee - creating fundraising plans and pursue grant opportunities

  • Programming/Resources Committee - developing and implementing innovative programming within the network

Erica Hruby

Executive Director

Erica Hruby became the first Executive Director of JTEEN in January 2019, seeing the organization through its transition from NAACCHHS to JTEEN. As a Hebrew High director in Orlando, FL from 2004-2010, she joined NAACCHHS at its inception. Erica brings with her more than twenty seven years of experience in the Jewish education and engagement world. She has served in several areas of Jewish life: two synagogues in the greater Atlanta area; BBYO and Beit Hamidrash (Hebrew High) in Orlando; Hillel at the University of Central Florida; the American Hebrew Academy (AHA) in Greensboro, North Carolina. In addition to JTEEN, she is the Founder of Anchored Parenting, LLC which focuses on parenting education for parenting of tweens and teens. Erica also offers professional developing training and consulting services for Jewish organizations throughout the U.S. She resides in Dunedin, FL (West Coast near Tampa) with Matt, her husband of twenty-seven years, and two daughters, Zipporah 25 and Lila 20.
